Cleveland has been painting professionally since he was 16 years old. His dad trained him and was leaving him in charge of jobs when he was still a teenager in Jamaica. He has been helping people with residential and commercial projects ever since including on both the east coast and here in Oregon for over 25 years. His experience ranges from large hotels, resorts and other commercial buildings to new construction and refurbishing of homes. He’s known as “The Finisher” by others in the trades.
